These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement," or "ToS") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Subscriber," "you," or "your") and AIverse Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "AIverse Pro," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of our digital subscription platform, website located at aiverse.in and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, application programming interfaces, and any related services, features, content, or digital products offered by the Company (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform and, by using the Platform, you expressly accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use the Platform if you have any objections to any of these Terms.
By clicking "Get Started," "Activate Premium," "Pay Now," or any equivalent action that initiates the subscription or account creation process, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, that you are not accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, company, or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the terms "User" and "you" shall refer to both you individually and such entity.
AIverse Pro operates as a curated digital subscription platform that provides its registered members with facilitated access to a portfolio of third-party artificial intelligence software tools, applications, and services ("AI Tools") on a subscription basis. It is expressly understood and acknowledged by the User that AIverse Pro does not develop, own, operate, host, or control any of the underlying AI tools included within the subscription portfolio. Rather, the Company acts as an intermediary platform that curates, bundles, and provides facilitated access arrangements to these third-party AI applications under cooperative commercial agreements with the respective tool providers.
The subscription portfolio currently includes, but is not limited to, access facilitation for twenty (20) premium AI tools spanning categories such as conversational AI, image generation, writing assistance, voice synthesis, video production, code generation, productivity, and search. The Company reserves the absolute right to modify, expand, reduce, or otherwise alter the composition of the tool portfolio at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide a replacement or substitute for any tool that is removed or becomes unavailable, for any reason including but not limited to changes in third-party provider policies, service discontinuation, pricing restructuring, or licensing constraints.
The User expressly acknowledges that the availability and functionality of specific AI tools within the subscription portfolio may vary, may be subject to interruptions, maintenance windows, or service limitations imposed by the respective third-party providers, and that AIverse Pro shall bear no liability whatsoever for any such variations, interruptions, or limitations in third-party tool availability.
To access the Services, you must complete the account registration and subscription activation process, which includes providing accurate and complete personal information, selecting a subscription plan, and completing payment through our authorized payment gateway. Upon successful completion of payment, your Premium Account ("Account") shall be activated and you shall gain access to the Services in accordance with the subscription plan selected.
Certain promotional or introductory offerings made available by AIverse Pro from time to time may be described using language such as "trial," "introductory period," "first-month offer," or similar terminology (collectively, "Promotional Period"). The User expressly understands and agrees that any such Promotional Period constitutes a fully activated, live subscription account for the duration specified, during which the User has complete access to the Services as described. A Promotional Period is not a free trial and does not constitute a no-obligation evaluation period — it is a paid subscription at a promotional rate. Upon conclusion of the Promotional Period, the subscription shall automatically continue at the then-current standard monthly rate unless cancelled in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms. The User is solely responsible for monitoring the expiration of any Promotional Period and for taking appropriate action prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue the subscription at the standard rate.
Account credentials, access links, login information, and related access details shall be delivered to the User via the email address provided at the time of registration. The Company shall not be responsible for non-delivery of account credentials arising from incorrect email address submission, email filtering, spam folder placement, or any other factor outside the Company's direct control. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
AIverse Pro currently offers monthly subscription plans ("Subscription Plans") that grant Users access to the Services for a period of thirty (30) calendar days ("Billing Cycle") from the date of initial payment or renewal. Subscription Plans are billed in advance at the commencement of each Billing Cycle. The price applicable to your Subscription Plan shall be the price displayed at the time of your initial subscription or renewal, denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes and levies.
Your Subscription Plan shall automatically renew at the conclusion of each Billing Cycle for an additional Billing Cycle of equivalent duration at the then-prevailing rate, without any further action required on your part and without any additional notice, unless you affirmatively cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date in accordance with the cancellation procedures set out in Section 6. By subscribing to our Services, you expressly authorize the Company and its authorized payment processor (Razorpay Payments Private Limited) to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the commencement of each Billing Cycle.
The Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time, with or without advance notice. Pricing changes shall take effect at the commencement of the next Billing Cycle following the date of the pricing change. Continued use of the Services following a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing. If you do not wish to continue at the revised price, you must cancel your subscription prior to the next renewal date.
All payments for Subscription Plans are processed exclusively through Razorpay Payments Private Limited, a third-party payment service provider regulated under applicable Reserve Bank of India guidelines. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method, that the information provided is accurate and complete, and that you authorize the Company to charge your payment method for all amounts due and payable under these Terms.
In the event that a scheduled payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, card expiry, bank-imposed restrictions, or any other reason, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately upon payment failure. The Company may, at its sole discretion, attempt to reprocess failed payments one or more times before suspending your account. The User shall be solely responsible for any bank fees, overdraft charges, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by their financial institution in connection with payments made under these Terms. All amounts due under these Terms are exclusive of any taxes for which the User may be responsible under applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to our support team at support@aiverse.in with your registered email address and account details. Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by our team at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled renewal date in order to take effect for the upcoming Billing Cycle. Cancellation requests received within seventy-two (72) hours of a scheduled renewal may not be processed in time to prevent the renewal charge, in which case the User will be billed for an additional Billing Cycle, access to which will remain available for the duration of that cycle.
Upon cancellation, your subscription shall remain active until the conclusion of the current paid Billing Cycle. Access to the Services shall be revoked at the end of the paid period, and no partial refunds shall be issued for the unused portion of any Billing Cycle. The Company also reserves the right to terminate or suspend any User account at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct the Company deems contrary to the interests of the platform or its user community, without any obligation to provide a refund or compensation of any kind.
Given the immediate and irrevocable digital nature of the Services provided by AIverse Pro — wherein account activation, access credentials, and facilitated tool access are delivered electronically and instantaneously upon completion of payment — the Company operates under a comprehensive payment finality policy with respect to all subscription transactions. The following provisions govern refund eligibility, chargeback procedures, and payment dispute resolution in their entirety:
Upon successful payment processing, the corresponding Billing Cycle is activated, account access is provisioned, and the associated digital services are rendered available to the User in real time. Because digital services of this nature are consumed immediately upon delivery and cannot be "returned" in any conventional sense — in the same manner as physical goods — all subscription payments are considered final and fully earned by the Company upon processing. Consequently, it is the considered and consistent policy of AIverse Pro that subscription fees, once successfully charged, processed, and applied to an active Billing Cycle, are not subject to reimbursement, reversal, or credit of any form, under any circumstances, whether the User has utilized the Services during the Billing Cycle or not, whether the User is satisfied with the quality or extent of the Services or not, and whether or not specific tools within the portfolio were available or functional during the Billing Cycle in question.
In situations where a User initiates a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank or card issuer without first engaging AIverse Pro's internal dispute resolution process, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts, flag the User's details across fraud prevention systems, and pursue all available legal and contractual remedies. Users are strongly encouraged to direct all payment-related concerns to support@aiverse.in prior to initiating any third-party dispute mechanism. The Company will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond to such concerns within a reasonable timeframe, however the ultimate determination of refund eligibility shall rest entirely with the Company and shall be made at the Company's sole and absolute discretion.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if applicable consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction of residence confer specific refund rights that cannot be contractually waived, such statutory rights shall not be affected by these Terms. Users who believe they are entitled to a statutory refund should contact privacy@aiverse.in with supporting documentation.
Summary of Financial Commitment: Upon initiating a subscription and completing payment, you acknowledge that the corresponding Billing Cycle is fully activated and that the associated payment obligation is final. Subscription periods, once commenced, run their full course irrespective of usage. Promotional pricing applies exclusively to the Billing Cycle for which it is explicitly offered. All subsequent Billing Cycles shall be billed at the then-prevailing standard rate unless cancelled in advance. This platform does not operate a free trial model. Account activation constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these payment and billing terms.
As a condition of your access to and use of the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other User's enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any other User's account or to any systems or networks connected to the Platform; using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar tools to access or interact with the Platform; reproducing, duplicating, selling, reselling, or exploiting for any commercial purpose any portion of the Services without the express written consent of the Company; attempting to circumvent any content-filtering techniques or security measures employed by the platform; sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties; and using the Services in any manner that could expose the Company to legal liability or reputational harm.
All content on the AIverse Pro platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AIverse Technologies Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes during the term of your active subscription. This license does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Services or their contents; to make derivative works; to download or copy account information for the benefit of another party; or to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. AIverse Pro makes no representations or warranties in relation to this platform or the information and materials provided on this platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from the course of dealing or usage of trade. The Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the results that may be obtained from the use of the platform will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any AI tools, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the platform will meet your expectations.
In no event shall AIverse Pro, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
AIverse Pro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, revise, supplement, or otherwise change these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be effective upon their posting to the platform, and we may notify Users of material changes via email or in-platform notification, however we are under no obligation to provide advance notice of changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. Similarly, the Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict any feature or component of the Services, including the composition of the AI tool portfolio, pricing, subscription plans, or operational policies, at any time with or without notice and without any obligation to compensate Users for such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be referred to mediation under the rules of an agreed-upon mediation body. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days of commencement, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by the Company on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Services.
